Every show night, the same dozen questions: doors, support times, age policy, cloakroom, parking, curfew. They land on a phone nobody's staffing, a DM nobody's reading, and your bar staff at the worst moment. The answers exist - they're just not where the caller is.

Festivals print a number per event. A venue prints it once - same number on every ticket, every listing, all year. Per show, only the facts change. Setup stops being a cost the second show onward.

Send the program. The month's calendar with doors, times, and per-show policies - the same sheet your duty manager works from. Booth loads it show by show.
The number stays the same. Printed once: tickets, website, socials, the sign by the door. Tonight's caller gets tonight's answers, in any of 40+ languages, even while your team is slammed at doors.
Read the room, per show. After every night: what was asked, ranked, time-stamped. Thirty shows in, you know what a Friday club crowd asks that a seated Tuesday crowd doesn't - from your own room's transcripts, nobody else's.
