Audience intelligence for live events. Over the phone.

See what your crowd's confused about while it's still small.

Attendees dial one number. A voice agent answers free, in their language, with the lineup, set times, and your live alerts. Every call is also a data point. By headliner time you can see what 3,000 people are confused about, and move a sign before it becomes a complaint at your gate.

The calls are the product: a live read on what your crowd can't find.

Every call is a transcript: thousands of people saying, in their own words, what's broken, confusing, or missing. No post-event survey catches that, and no app analytics does either. Every call tells you what they can't find, what your signage missed, what changed faster than your comms could, and where confusion is forming before it becomes a queue.

Booth turns the calls into a live readout. You'd see something like:

Live spike
"3,000 people asked about Stage C in the last hour. Your signage is wrong."

You catch the spike while you can still act on it, not in a debrief three weeks later.

Spike

"Where is Stage C?" after 19:30.

Signage, map placement, or a route closure.

Spike

"Can I bring water?" at the gates.

Gate policy unclear, or staff giving different answers.

Spike

"Is the headliner delayed?" in two languages.

A schedule change your comms didn't reach.

Three steps. We do the setup.

01

Send us the show. Hand over the lineup, set times, and the usual answers. Booth loads it - you don't touch a dashboard to go live.

02

Print one number. Wristbands, gates, screens. We provision it - live when gates open, killed when the site is struck.

03

They call. You watch the stream. The agent answers in their language. You push live alerts and watch what is spiking, in real time.

When 50,000 phones can't load, the call still connects.

No app to download. No login. No mobile data. No learning curve.

50,000 people on one cell tower at headliner time. The data network falls over. The app you paid for will not load, and 19 of 20 never open it anyway. A phone call rides the voice network, which falls back to circuit-switched lines when the data side saturates, so it holds up when 4G buckles.

Answers in any language they call in.

Half the floor at a Dutch headline festival is international. Ask in French at 2am where the afterparty is, get French back. Not a language menu. The info tent never had that.

What you get, per event.

For multi-stage festivals, day events, and camping weekends, down to the 2,000-cap city festival. Anywhere a crowd shows up with phones that won't load.

  • One dashboard. A live question stream: what attendees are asking, ranked, as it happens. Push alerts, watch the spikes, fix the cause.
  • One voice agent. Answers every call in parallel up to your tier's line count, free to the caller, in any language.
  • One local number. Dutch +31 for NL events, provisioned in your country for events elsewhere. Live when gates open, killed when the site is struck.
  • Full transcripts on every call. The raw material under the dashboard. When something goes wrong, you know exactly what attendees were being told.

What answering these questions costs you today.

Right now every one of these is someone's job, or an app nobody opened:

Info desk staff, one weekend
€10,000 to €12,600
8 to 12 people on rotation, capped by the length of the queue. None of them write down what was asked.
A festival app
€3,500 to €5,000
19 of 20 never open it. You pay for reach you don't get.
One alert blast to 20,000 people
€600 to €1,600
Per blast, and it lands on the same phones that can't load 4G at peak. A Booth alert rides the call instead: every caller hears it, no data needed, all weekend.

Tell us about your event.

What Booth costs depends on your gate size and how many lines you need open at peak. Fill in the form and we'll scope it on a call, usually the same working day. We provision your number, hand off the dashboard, and you're live for the run of the show.

Thanks - we'll be in touch.

We'll reach out within one working day to talk through your event. Questions in the meantime: hello@dialbooth.com.
