Booth pilot

Run Booth on one event.

Early Booth pilots are founder-run. You get one local number, a configured multilingual voice agent, live monitoring, mid-event alerts, and a post-event Crowd Question Intelligence Report.

What the pilot includes

A dedicated local phone number. A multilingual voice agent loaded with your event. Setup from your existing materials. Live question monitoring. Mid-event alerts to one agreed ops contact. A post-event Crowd Question Intelligence Report.

What Booth needs from you

A timetable. A site map. FAQ and policies. Transport details. One named ops contact. Number placement on signage or attendee comms. A pre-event QA window.

What success looks like

One actionable signal during the event. One report you’d want before the next edition.

What answering these questions costs you today.

Right now every one of these is already a line item — a desk, an app, a blast — and not one of them tells you what the crowd actually asked.

Info desk staff, one weekend

€10,000–€12,600

€10,000–€12,600

8 to 12 people on rotation, capped by the length of the queue. None of them write down what was asked.

A festival app

€3,500–€5,000

€3,500–€5,000

19 of 20 attendees never open it. You pay for reach you don’t get.

One alert blast to 20,000 people

€600–€1,600

€600–€1,600

Per blast — and it lands on the same phones that can’t load 4G at peak. A Booth alert rides the call instead: every caller hears it, no data needed, all weekend.

Priced by gate size and expected peak call volume.

SMALL LIVE EVENT PILOTS FROM

€500–1,500 + capped usage

The only one of these that hands back the question record — a transcript of what the whole crowd asked, and a Crowd Question Intelligence Report you’d want before the next edition.

Larger productions are scoped individually.

What is excluded

Booth handles the information line and the question stream. It is not emergency, medical, or security dispatch, and it does not replace your event staff. Anything outside scope is escalated or directed to your defined human process.

Let’s scope your pilot.

Tell us the event, the gate size, and the date. We’ll come back with a scoped offer.
